Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Usage

Mample does not collect, store, or process any personal data (name, email, phone number, etc.) that could identify users. The system pairs exclusively through a completely random, anonymous "Secret Key".

  • Browser Extension: Never reads your personal data, codes, or projects on the websites you visit. It only tracks whether the HTML element [DOM element (the button you selected)] is visible on the screen.
  • Terminal (CLI): Does not analyze your terminal history, codes you write, or projects. It only generates a signal when the trigger command is run.
  • Firebase Infrastructure and Notifications: Firebase (FCM) acts only as a bridge to deliver notifications to your phone instantly. Notification messages are not recorded or stored in our Firebase database. The "Notification History" page within the app runs entirely from your phone's local memory (local database). Thus, your data stays only on your device.

2. Payments and Cross-Device Transfer

In-app purchases are managed entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play infrastructure. Your credit card or payment details are never seen or stored by Mample. Also, the RevenueCat infrastructure is used to enable cross-device Premium access.

  • Transfer Codes: To transfer your Premium features to a different device, a unique and anonymous 'Transfer Code' is used. This code is randomly generated, stored locally on your device, and is never linked to any user identity.

3. Secret Keys

The Mample system uses cryptographically random "Secret Keys" to pair your extensions and terminal with your mobile device. These keys are generated on your device and are used solely in temporary verification mechanisms to route notifications to the correct destination. Passwords or keys are not stored on our cloud servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not hold user data, we have no data to sell, share, or transfer. No data is shared with any institution or third party.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Mample website only stores your language preference (en/tr) and extension usage status locally on your device. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Deletion

No personal data is stored on Mample servers. All data is kept in your phone's local memory. To delete your data, simply uninstall the application from your device or use the 'Reset Data' option in the app settings.
