1. Use of Service

Mample is a notification tool created for developers to track long-running processes. Using the system to send spam notifications, intentionally exceed API limits, or engage in malicious activities is prohibited.

2. Premium Subscription and Pricing

Mample Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Purchases are managed directly through Google Play or App Store accounts.

• Cancellations must be made by the user through the respective platform's (Google/Apple) app store.
• Since the system operates without accounts, transferring a subscription to a new device is done via the "Restore Subscription" option on the user's new device.

3. Service Interruption and Disclaimer of Warranty

Mample does its best to deliver notifications to your device as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for potential notification delays caused by network latency, mobile OS background restrictions, or Firebase outages.
