1. Use of Service

Mample is a notification tool created for developers to track long-running processes. Using the system to send spam notifications, intentionally exceed API limits, or engage in malicious activities is prohibited.

2. Premium Subscription and Pricing

Mample Premium is offered as a one-time purchase providing lifetime access. Purchases are managed directly through Google Play or App Store accounts.

• Cancellations must be made by the user through the respective platform's (Google/Apple) app store.
• Since the system operates without accounts, transferring a subscription to a new device (even across different operating systems) is done by entering the user's unique 'Transfer Code' in the app settings.

3. Service Interruption and Disclaimer of Warranty

Mample does its best to deliver notifications to your device as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for potential notification delays caused by network latency, mobile OS background restrictions, or Firebase outages.
